PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase. Please arrange for the receiving dealer's FFL to be emailed to us at email@example.com.
- SHIPPING Shipping cost for firearms is FREE. Shipping cost for accessories and ammunition will vary and be determined at checkout.
- FIREARM SHIPMENTS Please contact your receiving dealer to make sure they are still open and accepting 3rd party transfers. If you dealer is willing to receive your firearm for transfer please ask them to email a copy of their FFL to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Just because they are listed in our system does not mean we have their current FFL copy on file. The customer needs to contact their receiving dealer for ALL orders and request they email their FFL to us at email@example.com
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase.
Sales on the following items are final:
- Special orders.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- NFA items.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
- Firearms - please ensure your order is correct. Once your receiving dealer transfers it to you, the sale is final.
Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within the manufacturer's specified warranty period. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 1 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
Keely Arms is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Our shipping systems are automated so orders are not always able to be cancelled, however you may return eligible items by promptly contacting us and requesting an RMA as stated above.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. If your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email or phone with alternative options provided, if possible.
Please note that some of the reasons your order may be canceled are:
• The ordered item cannot be shipped to you due to U.S. Government Regulations, Export Control Policy or our Domestic Product Policy.
• Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner.
• The item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
• Due to our Pricing Policy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If your order cannot be canceled prior to shipping, a Return to Sender Delivery Intercept may be instituted for a fee depending on the carrier handling the delivery ($25 Fee). There will also be a 15% restock fee. All successful intercepts are subject to a fee per tracking number (plus any transportation charges). If the customer refuses delivery and the unauthorized item is returned to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. If the customer submits a chargeback to avoid the 15%, by using our website you agree to reimburse us for any processing, shipping, and chargeback fees.
